ATTENTION! CHANGING LOCATION!
Dr. Duncan kindly agreed to make one more lecture about the Publication metrics.
Academic scientists hear a lot about publication methods, such as impact factors. What are they though? How are they determined? And what can they tell us about research? In following talk Dr. Duncan will introduce some of these ideas, identify where some problems may lie, and make some suggestions about how we can make things better.
